The staff showed Very nice hospitality, and their fluency in both English and Spanish made communication easy. I received a helpful map and tourist information upon arrival. The room was impeccably clean. The daily cleaning service was excellent. I appreciated being able to store my luggage after checking out. This made my last day more relaxed.

The decor is just amazing and the furniture is super clean. Breakfast included was served in the beautiful garden area. The owners were friendly. They even ironed a shirt quickly. I really adore this hotel.

The location was convenient, close to local attractions.
I found the room quite small, more like a repurposed storage space. Hauling luggage up several flights of stairs was not fun. The staff was slow to respond to a minor issue with my room key. It took over an hour to resolve.

the standard double room had air conditioning it worked well the tv offered many channels the bed provided comfort after a long day. breakfast included fresh fruit and pastries the coffee was strong i appreciated the attentiveness of the staff. the location allowed easy access to local shops and restaurants i found it very convenient the rooftop terrace offered beautiful views. the building maintained its historic charm while offering modern amenities
the hot water took a little while to come through in the shower.
