cute staff bilingual fluency pristine condition thoughtful gesture
The staff showed Very nice hospitality, and their fluency in both English and Spanish made communication easy. I received a helpful map and tourist information upon arrival. The room was impeccably clean. The daily cleaning service was excellent. I appreciated being able to store my luggage after checking out. This made my last day more relaxed.

amazing decor beautiful garden
The decor is just amazing and the furniture is super clean. Breakfast included was served in the beautiful garden area. The owners were friendly. They even ironed a shirt quickly. I really adore this hotel.

The hosts were lovely. i really loved the beautiful garden and the amazing terrace. It was the perfect setting for drinks. the location was very convenient, near the train station and the beaches!

The location was convenient, close to local attractions.
I found the room quite small, more like a repurposed storage space. the lack of an elevator was inconvenient. Hauling luggage up several flights of stairs was not fun. The staff was slow to respond to a minor issue with my room key. It took over an hour to resolve.

air conditioning modern amenities rooftop terrace historic charm
the standard double room had air conditioning it worked well the tv offered many channels the bed provided comfort after a long day. breakfast included fresh fruit and pastries the coffee was strong i appreciated the attentiveness of the staff. the location allowed easy access to local shops and restaurants i found it very convenient the rooftop terrace offered beautiful views. the building maintained its historic charm while offering modern amenities
the hot water took a little while to come through in the shower.

the staff were very cute and accommodating. they provided a map and tourist information. the room was clean and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. daily cleaning maintained the room's condition throughout the visit.
the hotel announced the option to purchase breakfast. upon arrival at the reception. but the kitchen was closed during this period.
